Why should I have my oven professionally cleaned?
As with anything we own, if you look after it, then it will last longer. By keeping your oven clean, not only will it look nicer, but will cook more evenly and make it last longer, before it would need replacing.
Most people call us as smoke is being given off by their oven or grill each time they use it, commonly setting off the smoke detector. This is caused by grease and fats building up on the various internal surfaces of the oven, back panel, heater element and fan.
When heated they start to cause the smoke and in the most extreme cases can potentially catch fire.

On the day:
On arrival at your home the appliances to be cleaned will be inspected to check for any faults, scratches or missing parts that may already exist.
The work area is then protected with waterproof sheets and all removable parts such as the grill pans, racks, shelves fan, liner panels are taken out to the van mounted dip tank. Here, the parts are left to soak in a heated, non-caustic, non-toxic solution to help remove any carbon or grease deposits.
The oven door is then cleaned, splitting it wherever possible, to access the inner panel.
The interior of the oven is then attended to with the use of non-caustic, non-toxic cleaners along with good old elbow grease. Once this is completed the removable parts are rinsed, checked and buffed up, before refitting in the oven.
The door is refitted and the exterior degreased and polished up to bring the whole appliance to a near showroom finish.
